Cultural activities, woven into the timetable.
Cultural extra-mural activities form part of the weekly timetable for our Grade 4 to 7 learners. Every Grade 4 to 7 pupil takes part in at least one cultural extra-mural — because we believe creativity and confidence grow side by side.
Choir
Wednesdays · Grade 4 – 7Contemporary and classic music, weekly practices and solo performance opportunities — including at our annual Prize Giving.
Art
Grade 4 – 7Painting, drawing and mixed-media work that develops technique, expression and the courage to make.
Knitting
Grade 4 – 7A quiet, focused craft that builds patience and fine motor skills — and turns out scarves and beanies along the way.
Gumboots & Drumming
Grade 4 – 7South African rhythm at its most joyful — gumboot dance and drumming that gets the whole school clapping along.
Arts Festival
Annual · all gradesThe school's annual celebration of creative work — visual art, performance and music, on display for parents and pupils alike.
Chess
Grade 4 – 7Strategy, focus and patience. Our Chess club competes internally and in inter-school events.

Computers, Coding & Robotics
Weekly lessons for Grade R – 7 with a qualified instructor — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plus coding and robotics.
School Plays
Theatrical productions performed at school events. Auditions, rehearsal, and the thrill of opening night.
Experi-Buddies Science
Hands-on science aligned to the Natural & Social Sciences curriculum — included in fees, throughout the year.
Mr & Miss Sancta Maria
Our annual confidence-building pageant — public speaking, poise, and prizes for our finalists.
