Academics

We take academics seriously at Sancta Maria and provide high-quality, holisitic education. The school follows the CAPS curriculum and works closely with the Department of Education.

The school also works closely with Jackie Collins Occupational Therapy, providing occupational therapy sessions at the school to learners.

Top 5

At Sancta Maria, we believe in celebrating excellence and working hard to achieve goals. Every term the Top Five Academic achievers per grade are awarded with a badge and certificate at an assembly.

Olympiads / Competitions

Sancta Maria Junior School learners take part in various Olympiads, like Spelling Bee, Maths Olympiad, EMS Olympiad, Readathons. Our learners are known for excelling in these Olympiads and competitions.

Prize Giving

During the fourth term, we host our annual Prize Giving, where learners are awarded for their academic, sporting and cultural prowess. Learners who have also shown amazing personal development are also awarded.
